Always looking radiant both on and off the red carpet, Jennifer has often hailed yoga as one of her favourite exercises. "Yoga kind of helps you prepare for everything, honestly," the actress told E! News. "It's like meditation. It sort of just allows anything that's coming at you at the end of the day to be kind of doable."

There's no doubt that the supermodel is a yogi – she regularly gives fans sneak peeks at her sessions whether she's practicing at home or on a beach during a sunny getaway. The Brazilian beauty has previously admitted that to stay in shape she tries to "work out an hour every day", adding that she tries "to do at least 15 minutes of yoga or stretching."

The Iron Man actress has always been vocal about her love of yoga, trying all different types including an aerial yoga class. The star even admitted she wakes up at 4:30am every morning to practice her exercises. "I'm not really a morning person at all," she told InStyle. "It's just sheer determination. I'm very strict with myself. When I practice six days a week and eat clean food, I feel much better."

The Fantastic Four actress is a fan of hot yoga, often posting photos after sessions with her trainers "These days, I do power yoga with light weights in 105 degree room," she told Shape. "So it's a mix of hot yoga and strength training."

The Australian beauty often shares snaps and videos of her Kundalini yoga sessions on Instagram, and has also revealed that she often practises mediation. "I like to start my meditation off with remembering everything I'm grateful for. I then sit and say my mantra inwardly for 20mins," she admitted on her beauty brand Kora Organics' Instagram page.

Julianne practices Ashtanga yoga, revealing that she found it was the exercise that worked best for her when it came to staying motivated. "I do Ashtanga yoga three times a week, and I run a couple of times a week too," she told Health magazine. "I really like yoga: I enjoy the actual doing of it, so it doesn't feel like the agony of the gym felt like to me."
