Jennifer Lopez, 46, continually gives her fans major fitness inspiration as she steps out flaunting her incredible figure. Now, the superstar singer has revealed her secrets to staying in shape, and admitted that she feels enough beauty sleep is key to feeling great.
Jennifer Lopez revealed her health and fitness routine
"I love a good nine or 10 hours, but I can never get that," she told Us Weekly. "So seven or eight is mandatory. [If I don't get it] I just don't feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time."
While Jennifer's busy schedule often sees her travelling between New York and Los Angeles, the On The Floor hitmaker admitted that she keeps fit by turning to two different personal trainers.
"When I am in New York I work out with David Kirsch – he's an amazing trainer," she explained. "When I'm in L.A, I work with Tracy Anderson. I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body."
Alongside a great workout regime, the American Idol admitted she loves to cook and tries to maintain a balanced diet.
"We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale," she revealed, speaking of what she and her two children Emme and Max often eat.

She added: "I love to cook a lot of stuff, I love cooking Puerto Rican food because that's what I grew up on."
Skincare is equally important for the star, who often has fans coveting her flawless complexion which she flaunts both on and off the red carpet. "I don't drink or smoke or have caffeine," she admitted. "That really wrecks your skin as you get older."
"I am rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen," she later continued. "I've never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself."
This year already promises a jam-packed schedule for the star, who not only stars in new TV series Shades of Blue, but will also be kicking off her Las Vegas residency.
"I've been preparing for this moment my entire life," she wrote when she announced the news last year. "The show is going to be a multifaceted high energy Jenny from the Block party, mixing all aspects of what my fans and I love – dance, hip hop, Latin and pop. It's going to be the show I've always dreamt of creating."
