The singer's personal trainer Tracy Anderson, who is renowned for her fitness programmes, has shared the healthy regime which Jennifer follows in order to stay in shape.
Jennifer Lopez's fitness secrets have been revealed by her personal trainer
Tracy revealed that she meets with the On the Floor hitmaker between four to five times a week. "With her busy schedule, that's a lot," she told People. "It can be anywhere from 30 minutes – if her kids need her for something, because she's always there for them – to an hour or an hour and a half."
Tracy, who also trains stars including Gwyneth Paltrow, then shared that the pair begin by working on Jennifer's upper body, to maintain her already toned physique.
"I do an upper body warm-up with her," Tracy explained. "We do two songs without weights, and then we add 3lb weights, and sometimes I add a song with 5lb weights as well."
Often performing energetic dance routines on stage, which will no doubt feature heavily in her Las Vegas residency, Jennifer is no stranger to working her body to the fullest – but the star also knows her limits.

"She's highly trained in picking up choreography, and she's incredibly coordinated, so she can pick up things very quickly," the fitness guru continued. "She likes to be challenged, but she's very, very aware of her body, and in one look to me can be like, 'No that's not for me,' and then I'll move onto another move."
It's not just fitness which Jennifer stays focused on – Tracy revealed she keeps the singer "eating very clean".
"I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she's doing," she explained. "It's all organic and it's all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient dense food.

"Everything is fresh. There's nothing processed – just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day.
She added: "That's one of the reasons why the workout is important, and it's so consistent – so we don't do any kind of extreme dieting."
