Sat in the gym, Lucy flaunted her enviable abs and lean figure in a cropped top and shorts, her brunette tresses swept up into a high ponytail. The former The Only Way is Essex star looked as radiant as ever, going make-up free as she rested during one of her workouts.

"Your dreams won't work unless you do," she wrote to her one million followers, before revealing that she was launching a new version of her 'Wobble to Model' exercise programme, as part of her fitness brand Results with Lucy.

Compliments from fans immediately began pouring in, with many praising the star for her health and fitness regime.

Lucy is renowned for her love of all things health and fitness

Just a few weeks ago however, the British beauty hit back at body shamers who had been posting unkind comments on her social media photos. Lucy took to Instagram to share a selfie of her raising a glass of wine, accompanied with a lengthy caption which detailed her healthy diet, as well as hitting back at the nasty comments from "vile men".

"I have had a lot of comments recently that have been quite cruel about me & my body including- 'your body is like a 12 year old boy'," she wrote."'You look ill' 'Must starve herself' 'Bad role model'."

"Firstly this is body shaming & I'm sick of it!! Last week I did 4 hours of @resultswithlucy HIIT training & Pilates," she continued, before adding that "these comments are extremely hurtful".

"I used to be a curvy size 10 but I was living on pasta, pastries, sugary drinks, 3 sugars in my tea, skipping breakfast, Mc Donald's once-twice a week," she also confessed. "I did ZERO exercise. I had no energy, bad skin, covered in cellulite & felt yuk! I needed to change & I chose my health! #resultswithlucy #bodyshaming #health."
