Meghan Trainor is not a fan of photoshopping. The 22-year-old singer decided to remove the official music video for her new single Me Too this week, after realising her body had been altered to make her waist appear slimmer.Explaining her decision to take down the video in a series of Snapchat posts, Meghan said she was "sick" of being photoshopped. "I'm over it," she told her fans. "So I took it down until they fix it."

She continued: "My waist is not that teeny. I had a bomb waist that night. I don't know why they didn't like my waist but I didn't approve of that video and it went out for the world, so I'm embarrassed. "She later defended her team against claims they were to blame for the video mishap. "Not my team," she clarified. "My team is the best. I don't hate my team. I hate people who edit and photoshop. I have an anthem about it. Check it out. It's called All About That Bass off that first album."

All About That Bass was the debut single from Meghan's first album Title, and was a huge breakout hit for the singer. The track carries a strong positive body image – with lyrics including "I see the magazines working that Photoshop, we know that s*** ain't real, come on now make it stop", and "It's pretty clear I ain't no size two. But I can shake it, shake it like I'm supposed to do".

Meghan's second studio album, Thank You, is scheduled for release on Friday, and in July she will embark on The Untouchable Tour in support of the record.
