Khloé Kardashian seriously upped her fitness game in recent months, and fans were quick to note the star's transforming figure. Now hailed as a fitness guru by her followers, and regularly sharing her exercise tips on her website, the Keeping up with the Kardashians star has revealed just how she worked on achieving her goals.
Khloe Kardashian has revealed how she transformed her body
"Well for me, I always say the turtle wins the race," Khloé told ITV's Lorraine, speaking about her diet and fitness routine. "So for me, mine was a really slow process but again I didn't seek out to lose 20lbs in 20 days, that wasn't my goal."
She added: "It was more emotionally, I just wanted to feel strong mentally."
The 32-year-old admitted that once she started working out and seeing how much progress she was making, her interest in the world of health and fitness began to grow – and soon she was turning to the experts to help her achieve her goals.

"I was always like, 'Oh I'm big boned', but once I started losing weight naturally, I was like, 'Wow ok now I'm going to get a trainer'," she explained. "Then like six months later, I was like, 'I'm going to get a nutritionist', so I started."
Khloé, who often shares sneak peeks of her workouts with her 51.6 million Instagram followers, explained that it was seeing results which kept her motivated when hitting the gym.

"Once I started taking my health more seriously I started seeing like definition in my arms, just muscles and that motivates you more to keep working out," she said. "And even just dealing with, you know, life experiences, you just feel good mentally, physically, everything."
It's not the first time that Khloé has spoken candidly about the details of her workouts. The blonde beauty delighted fans earlier this year when she revealed the valuable fitness tip she received from personal trainer Gunnar Peterson – one she follows to this day.
"He taught me that the trick to staying motivated is to find what you really love to do," she told Shape. "We did cardio, calisthenics, circuit training, Pilates and boxing."
