Brooklyn Beckham has been giving fans an insight into his fitness regime after he shared a video of himself completing a series of push-ups. The 17-year-old then couldn't resist sharing a snap of his toned physique to his 8.3 million Instagram followers following the gruelling workout.

The eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham wore shorts, a backwards cap and training gloves for his workout as celebrity trainer Chase Weber filmed his progress. The star captioned the video: "Easy push ups," while Chase also shared the video, joking: "We working over here," accompanied by a muscle emoji.

Brooklyn showed off his new blonde hair and toned body in a photo while wearing boxing gloves. Fans of the photographer were quick to voice their praise for his workout regime, with one writing: "Really amazing," while another joked about Brooklyn's long locks, saying: "Put that hair in a ponytail it's distracting."
Brooklyn isn't the only celebrity to be show off his exercise recently, as many have been getting involved in the #22pushups challenge in which you have to film yourself doing 22 push ups before posting the video to social media and nominating others to try out the challenge for themselves in the aim to raise awareness for PTSD.

Sons of Anarchy star Charlie Hunnam is among those to have gotten involved in the challenge, and has taken the challenge to a new level by doing 22 push ups every day for 22 days.
Other celebrities who have gotten involved in the challenge are married couple Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt and Scary Movie actress Anna Faris, who filmed their challenge together, along with Dwyane Johnson, Chris Evans and John Krasinski.
