Hilaria Baldwin has been flooded with praise from fans after sharing an inspiring message about positive body image. The 32-year-old had jaws dropping to the floor when she showed off her gorgeous post-pregnancy figure, just one day after giving birth.

Hilaria, who welcomed her third child with Alec Baldwin on Tuesday, took to Instagram where she posted a stunning selfie in which she posed in black underwear, flaunting her post-baby bump. "I took this yesterday when Leonardo was about 24 hours old," she revealed to her followers in the accompanying caption. "I did the same thing right after Rafael was born."
The mother-of-three then explained that although she felt "nervous" about putting up the photo, she was keen to encourage others to embrace their own figures and to "normalize a real body".

"It always makes me a bit nervous to do something like this, but I feel that in the age of such strong body shaming, I want to do all that I can to normalize a real body and promote healthy self esteem," she wrote. "Many of you know that I love to show the process of life's experiences on the body and I am a firm believer in how a good diet and the right balance of exercise make us happy, healthy, and strong."
She added: "So from here on, I want to dedicate the majority of my #366daysoflivingclearly #hilarialcm daily posts to getting back in shape and I invite you to do it with me."

Renowned for being candid in her social media posts, Hilaria took the opportunity to answer a few questions she had been asked in recent years when she was pregnant.
"Common questions last time were: Did I have a c section?: No, I pushed him out Where are all the pads for bleeding?: I took them out briefly to snap this pic as there is a limit to how much you need to see. Where am I?: in the hospital room bathroom #glamour Oh, and no filter. Just brightened it up a bit."

Hilaria and Alec introduced baby Leonardo to the world on Tuesday, with a sweet snap of the doting mother cuddling her newborn and smiling at him, while sat in the hospital bed. She posted the snap on her Instagram account, and took the opportunity to reveal the little arrival's full name.
"We are so pleased to introduce you to our new baby, Leonardo Ángel Charles Baldwin," she wrote. "It was such a special day bringing him into this world."
