Katie Piper had jaws dropping to the floor when she showed off her incredible figure on Monday. The 33-year-old posted rare bikini snap in which she gave us all major fitness goals with her enviably toned physique.  

In the gorgeous photo the British beauty can be seen beaming at the camera as she poses in the pale pink swimsuit, standing next to a floral-printed pram, with two-year-old daughter Belle's legs poking out as she sits in the buggy.

"When you match your bikini to your buggy!" she quipped in the accompanying caption. "Believe Buggy designed by me with @mybabiieofficial on sale in November #believe."

Within minutes of the photo being uploaded, compliments began pouring in from fans, who hailed Katie as an inspiration. "You look absolutely amazing, you work so hard you deserve to look that good! Well done," wrote one fan, while another described the star as "absolutely beautiful".

Katie often gives her fans a sneak peek into her healthy lifestyle, whether she's taking them behind-the-scenes of her workout routine as she stays in shape, or posting photos of the yummy meals she likes to cook as part of her balance diet.

She also shows off her impressive fitness moves

The TV presenter has previously explained that because of her jam-packed schedule she tries to prepare meals in advance. In one snap she posted a photo of a delicious-looking avocado salad she was putting together ahead of a day out. "Tommrow is going 2 b busy so prepping a few boxes to take on the road with me!" she explained in the caption.

When it comes to snacking, Katie also gives us healthy eating goals. One post saw the star indulging her sweet tooth with a scrumptious smoothie. "Sweet fix," she wrote, alongside a photo of herself drinking the concoction. "One fresh banana, handful of blueberries, strawberries, natural yogurt, chia and flaxseed – topped up with water #Katieskitchen #katiecooks."
