Bella Hadid has opened up about the "crazy" exercise routine and diet she is following in the lead up to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
The model, who will make her debut in the annual show later this month, admitted she would like to regain some of her curves after "accidentally" losing weight through her strict regime.
"My weight fluctuates so much. I really didn't mean to [lose weight]," Bella told People.

"I worked out so hard and everybody is like, 'Oh she looks so skinny blah, blah, blah," the model said. "But I think that if you just stick to something you can really achieve so much. I've been eating hard protein every day, and working out for three hours every day. It's crazy but I think that you know if you set your mind to something I think you can succeed."
The 20-year-old trains with Rob Piela at Gotham Gym, the same personal trainer her sister Gigi Hadid works out with.
"He's really the best," Bella said, adding that she prefers to work out alone rather than with a group. "I literally can't work out with anybody, it has to be me and him. If I am working with other people, I freak out."

Now with Bella set to make her debut at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in a few weeks, her main focus is on feeling confident on the runway.
"I just hope when I am out there I am not too nervous about being in my lingerie."
Bella is not the only Victoria's Secret model working hard in preparation for the show; Josephine Skriver and Jasmine Tookes have been sharing videos of their tough workouts on their Instagram account JoJa.
