"My boyfriend's favourite move is the highland fling… go on son @lukecrodden," she captioned the clip, which shows Luke hopping along to the workout DVD that is playing on the TV in their living room.

Scarlett has slimmed down from a size 18 to 8 in the past year, and has been proudly showing off her transformation on social media. The 26-year-old appears to have lost even more weight since she was crowned queen of I'm a Celebrity in December, with many fans commenting that she looked slimmer than ever in a recent selfie.

The budding TV presenter recently revealed that she was motivated to lose weight after being told she was at risk of developing diabetes.

"It was hard for me, going home and explaining to my mum and dad why I went to the doctors and what was wrong with me," Scarlett said during an appearance on This Morning. "They also tested my for diabetes type 2 because they said I could be pre-diabetic, and I was like 'Oh my gosh, I'm 25, I don’t understand how I’ve got to this.'"

Scarlett also gave her own words of advice to anyone else looking to shape up.

"I would just say to anyone starting out [losing weight and getting healthy], just focus on the positives," Scarlett said. "Just think, it [the weight] can't get any higher if I put the work in. I'm not going to lie, it is hard, anyone who says it's easy is lying, and this is only an hour out of my day. I hate gyms, I feel really intimidated by gyms, and everyone knows how much I like being in my front room!"
