Binky Felstead has given fans a glimpse at the workouts she has been following through the first trimester of her pregnancy. The Made in Chelsea star, who is expecting her first child with Josh 'JP' Patterson, said she is trying to "maintain fitness and strength" throughout her pregnancy with regular modified workouts.
Sharing a video of her new pre-natal workout routine, Binky wrote: "Sooooo here we goooo… first trimester workouts with @bethefittest. Trying to maintain fitness and strength during pregnancy by doing small modified but often.
"Regular exercise throughout pregnancy has great benefits for both mother and child! Just listen to your body and don't overdo it. Will be posting my second trimester workouts soon."

The short clip shows Binky carrying out a number of toning moves including squats, bicep curls and a light 15-minute run. Fans were quick to comment with praise for the mum-to-be, with one writing: "Yes! Love seeing women train hard and smart during that first trimester." Another added: "WOW I wish I was so motivated when I was pregnant!"

Binky has long been a fitness fanatic and has landed a role as the UK ambassador for Reebok as a result, so it is understandable that she will want to maintain her fitness throughout her pregnancy.
The 26-year-old revealed in a world exclusive interview and photoshoot with HELLO! magazine that she was expecting her first child with her on-off boyfriend JP.

"It's obviously been a huge shock to both of us," Binky says of her on-off boyfriend JP. "This is a new start and a new chapter in our lives. I want to be a little family, to be honest. But I'm going to be ok either way. Whatever happens, this baby is not going to be affected. And I know Josh will be part of the baby's life whether we are together or not. We are a unit now."
Binky continued to say that she couldn't wait to become a mother in the summer.
"We're starting this year with a completely blank slate," she told HELLO!. "It's a new start. We're incredibly lucky, we feel so blessed to be bringing this life into the world."
