Kate Beckinsale recently opened up about her "punishing" exercise regime.
And the star is certainly not scared to show off the results of her gruelling workouts, sharing an ab selfie on her Instagram account on Wednesday.
The actress posed a snap of herself in the bathroom mirror in a tiny crop top and white underwear, showing off her toned tummy.
Kate shared a behind-the-scenes snap
"Laughing in bathrooms with friends," Kate captioned the snap.
Speaking to Shape magazine earlier this month, Kate revealed that while she keeps on top of her fitness regime, she doesn't always find it so fun.
"I start out absolutely dreading it, do an incredibly punishing workout, bitch about it the whole time, and end up feeling 100 per cent better when I leave," said Kate. "Working out is basically nature's antidepressant."

Kate revealed that while she loves practising yoga, it is the more intense workouts that change her body and mind.
"Hardcore workouts have really made a big difference in my life," she said.
"I have a lot of internal energy, and intense exercise helps me channel that energy. I find balance by doing a workout that makes me pour sweat. I never was that girl before, but I am now."
Dishing on preparing for her physically demanding role in Underworld: Blood Wars, she credits celebrity fitness expert Gunnar Peterson for getting her into tip-top shape.
"I work out hard with Gunnar five or six times a week," she said.
"I do circuit training interspersed with brutal cardio, such as crazy things on a nonmotorised treadmill. That part is torture. But the thing I like about circuit training is that you're never doing one thing for very long.
"You get to the point where you almost can't bear it, and it changes to something else."
