Chris Moyles looked almost unrecognisable as he attended the opening of Jamie Oliver's new restaurant in Piccadilly on Wednesday. Dressed in a white T-shirt with a blue blazer, the radio star showed off his toned physique as he posed with the celebrity chef.

The 43-year-old took to Facebook to open up about his five stone weight loss, confirming that he had got fit by eating healthily and with the help of a trainer and regular exercise. He also addressed rumours that he had taken a type of weight loss supplement, writing: "I have never even heard of this product, let alone used it. I don't want people reading this and thinking that's how I lost weight. So here, from my tiny mouth, is the truth. I stopped buying bread. Dramatically cut my lager intake. Started eating better food... Trained regularly. That's it. I just wanted you to know I didn't use any supplements and I still… hate oatmeal."

Fans were quick to praise his new look, with one writing: "Chris you truly are an inspiration to many. Your hard work and dedication is proof that that if you work hard enough you can achieve your goals. Well done Chris. You should be proud of yourself," while another added: "You're looking good man, hard work and healthy eating. I wish I had your willpower to lose weight." Chris previously opened up about his determination to lose weight back in 2014, telling The Sun: "I don't know what I used to think when I looked in the mirror when I was at my worst… It's really, really, really hard to lose weight. I don't care what anyone says. It's easier to say than to do."
