Victoria Beckham
Victoria Beckham follows The Tracey Anderson Method from celebrity trainer Tracey Anderson, whose other famous clients include Gwyneth Paltrow and Alessandra Ambrosio. Speaking to ES magazine in November, Victoria said: "I work out for about two hours every day and have two Tracey Anderson trainers, too. It's normally cardio – so I'd start with an uphill walk while I'm reading my Kindle and then do arms and legs with my trainer." While it would cost at least £4,200 a month to train with the experts from Tracey Anderson's studio, you can try Victoria's toning workouts with the personal trainer's exercise DVDs, which are available for as little as £4 on Amazon.

Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding found a passion for fitness when she started running aged 18. Now the Nike ambassador likes to mix up her workouts, alternating steady cardio workouts with boxing and classes at London-based SBC and Barry's Bootcamp. "I do a lot of boxing, that's my thing. And then because it's so intense you ache like crazy the next day," Ellie explained to Marie Claire. "I run, too, I do sprints, I do treadmill, I run around Regents Park in my Nike Flyknits. I do Barry’s Bootcamp a lot. I do quite a lot of yoga and stretching too – never underestimate the power of stretching." Try Ellie's workouts at Barry's Bootcamp, which has two locations in London. Prices start at £20 per class, and you may even end up on the treadmill next to Ellie!

Khloé Kardashian
Khloé has spoken openly about her newfound love of fitness and was signed up as an ambassador for Protein World earlier this year. The 32-year-old, who has lost over 40lbs through overhauling her diet and fitness routine, is promoting the brand's 30 Day Challenge, which aims to help users get fitter and see visible results in just one month. The plan involves six workouts a week for four weeks, with a mix of cardio and weight training targeting different areas of the body. The challenging fitness routine is supported with a healthy diet and a bundle of products from Protein World, which Khloé says "taste amazing". Join Khloé on the 30 day challenge when you subscribe to the Protein World Slender Plan, from £72.
Gigi Hadid
Like Ellie, Gigi is a big fan of boxing. The model has been training at New York's Gotham Gym for three years, and consistently works out upwards of four times a week, following a mix of cardio and floor work for a full-body workout. "When I walk in [to Gotham Gym], it's like my big brothers. They don't care about me as model or what my body looks like. They care that I give a good punch, and that's how I want to be judged in my athletic space, because that’s what I find pride in," Gigi said about her love of the gym during Reebok's recent #NeverPerfect panel. Take inspiration from Gigi and try boxing from the comfort of your own home with new on demand service The Boxx Method, from £7.99 per month.

Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez overhauled her diet and fitness routine with the help of trainer Amy Rosoff Davis after trolls said she looked "fat" in paparazzi photos taken during her holiday in April 2015. The Can't Keep My Hands to Myself singer trained with Amy between three and five times a week, but rather than focusing on weight or dieting, their approach was for Selena to enjoy everything in moderation so no food was off-limits. Workouts include a variety of cardio, pilates and yoga, plus hiking and long walks during time off from Selena's busy tour schedule. Take cues from Selena and join your friends for a long walk outdoors for a fun, free and sociable workout.
