Davina McCall has once again proved she is the perfect walking advertisement for her fitness DVDs. The TV presenter floored fans by sharing a photo of herself in a bikini, showing off her rock-hard abs and toned figure. Not an inch of fat could be seen on her as she posed in the throwback picture, which was taken during a recent holiday.
Davina, 49, wrote: "Morning lovelies! Throwback to sunnier days ... can't workout till this eve... usually what happens ... is .. I get to this evening.. still in my workout gear.. and think ... sod it ... I'll go tomorrow... but I'm saying it out loud .. I'm going to do an ab workout tonight x there... I said it... now I'll do it!!! Boom."
Unsurprisingly, the star, who has three children with husband Matthew Robertson, was the envy of her Instagram followers. "You are amazing!!! Such a great role model," one fan wrote, while another commented: "Thank you for admitting it's not always easy to keep going, even when you look so good!! X."

Why Davina McCall won't take part in Strictly
The Jump presenter has previously admitted that she does sometimes fall off the wagon when it comes to healthy eating. Speaking to Fit and Well magazine, Davina said: "Last summer, we'd had an amazing time away with the children and I got back and thought my jeans felt a bit tight. I'd put on 6lb in two months. The weight always goes on my bum and my thighs. All I could think was I had to get into the dress for This Time Next Year and look exactly the same as I had done a year ago."
The sports junkie, who has released 13 workout DVDs, regularly shares the results of her rigorous exercise regime on Instagram. In January, she posted various bikini shots, explaining to fans that "working out works". She also made clear that she doesn't use a personal trainer every day. "If you are nervous, don't be... just start... 10 min workouts… do what you can… build up gradually," Davina wrote. "That's what I did. I don't train all day… I've got a job, and a family… it's about balance."
