What are your top tips for anyone hoping to tone up for the summer?
Goals must be realistic and achievable. We believe that teamwork is the key to motivation and success, so surround yourself with friends and family who are looking to achieve similar results.

What are your favourite three exercises for quick results?
Results depend on a number of factors. But some good, high energy moves include squat press, deadlifts and burpees.
What do you think are some of the most common exercise mistakes that people make?
Too much, too quick. Sadly less is sometimes more. Ease into your training and be progressive. If you overdo it from the offset, it's not sustainable and you are more likely to develop an injury.
How many times should women be working out each week for the best results?
It really depends on your current training, and previous experience. We typically would encourage people to try and aim for three or more sessions a week to optimise progress.

What are your top tips for staying motivated?
We understand that real-life can be demanding – balancing work, family, and relationships – but we also know the power of working in a team to achieve personal objectives. In fact we've teamed up with Zespri SunGold kiwifruit to launch the #SnackSquad campaign, encouraging Brits to snack healthily as a team as a key to keeping motivated.
Diet is incredibly important too; what do you recommend people eat more of/avoid for the best results?
We believe that people should make every effort to understand what they are snacking on and avoid calorie dense, and nutrient lacking options. We are human and understand that this is incredibly hard, especially when the craving strikes! Replacing unhealthy snacks with tasty nutrient rich alternatives is key.
What are your top healthy snacks?
We love making a delicious and healthy smoothie using the Zespri SunGold kiwifruit, as they have just 79 calories per kiwifruit and pack a punch with an impressive three times the amount of vitamin C in than an orange. Add a scoop of our Whey protein, some peanut butter and you’ve got a great, balanced smoothie.

You recommend a number of supplements alongside your training plan – how important do you think these are and what would be your top buy?
We see supplements as a great convenience tool to ensure you fuel your body with what you require. Many people struggle to hit their required intake of protein from food alone. Our LDNM Whey 80 Protein, is a high quality source of protein, ready in seconds, tastes delicious and great value.
