Actress Alicia Silverstone has teamed up with a top nutrition brand to launch a new vitamin line. A best-selling author and health advocate, the Clueless star has created the mykind Organics Gummy vitamins range with Garden of Life.

The new venture is the first full line of gummy multivitamins to be Certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and made from real organic fruit and whole-food vitamins.

"I am so proud to team up with Garden of Life to introduce our new gummy vitamins - the purest, cleanest gummies out there, made from the real, organic, non-GMO whole foods my family eats," Alicia said in a statement. "These yummy gummies provide the essential nutrients you need, without all of the icky stuff you don't want in your vitamins."

The 40-year-old beauty often shares her diet and wellbeing tips, with her love of animals leading her to become a vegan.

Giving up meat and dairy doesn't mean she's lowered her standards though as Alicia previously insisted she's just as particular now as she was before cutting out certain aspects of her diet.

"I was a hardcore foodie before I went plant-based and I've continued to be a hardcore foodie and maybe more of a food snob," she previously shared with The Associated Press. "If it isn't amazing, I'm not interested. I know that sounds really, really snobby but it's the truth because I know what good food is and how delicious it can be. Some of my favourite things that I make, there's a million, but if you're needing a meaty, salty fried taste, there's fat-fried udon noodles with sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, or sweet potato hash with kale and smoked Field Roast 'sausage'."

Alicia is so passionate about animal rights that she's also stripped off a number of times for PETA, joining the likes of other celebrities including Pamela Anderson in raising awareness for the cause.
