Louise Thompson is embracing the healthier side of life by being everyone's fitspiration along with her boyfriend Ryan Libbey. But the body goals star admits her guilty pleasures are cooking shows including Great British Bake Off. Speaking exclusively to HELLO! at the launch of her Fabletics clothing range, Louise said: "I like something I can learn from and can put into practise." Wearing her fitness attire from the Fabletics range, she added: "MasterChef, Great British Bake Off and I really loved where the professional chefs had to create for the big banquet, Great British Menu."
The Made in Chelsea star was speaking as she launched her first collection, The Louise Thompson Edit, with Fabletics, the global active-lifestyle brand founded by Kate Hudson. The collection includes high-waist leggings and joggers in a variety of colours. Louise launched a handpicked selection of her favourite Fabletics pieces from the new collection.

Although there have been rumours of their split, Ryan attended in full-swing to support his girlfriend of one year at the launch. "I'm so happy that I'm doing this collaboration with Fabletics because I'm going to be doing a video every month with them and people love the videos," said Louise, who regularly posts fitness videos with Ryan. "I've done them in my kitchen before and sometimes those ones actually do the best because they are so low budget and relatable to us."

The 27-year-old reality TV star says she would love to make a sister series to Made in Chelsea. "Fitness is such a big thing now it has taken off and it's also not a bad thing, it's good that everyone is becoming obsessed with fitness," she said. "I think because it's something I'm so passionate about the show are trying to take that on board."
