Actress Megan Fox fears her body will no longer be functional if she has another child in the near future. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star gave birth to her third son, Journey, last year, two years after welcoming her second child, Bodhi, and now she would like to hold off on adding to her family with husband Brian Austin Green for a little while to give herself time to recover from bearing three kids in four years.

"My body is barely holding itself together," she tells U.S. news show Extra. "It's, like, stitched together with bubblegum and Scotch tape. It's gonna fall apart if I have another one (child)." Although Megan is convinced her physique is hanging on by a thread, she certainly fooled fans when posing in a sexy campaign for lingerie company Frederick's of Hollywood, looking as stunning as ever in images that were released in August. To get fit for the marketing scheme, the brunette bombshell reveals she took exercises step by step while nursing her infant son.

Megan Fox has revealed how she got back into shape after the birth of her sons

"Going way back to when I was a kid, I was a competitive swimmer, so I have a lot of muscle memory. But I started out slowly," she explains. "I breastfed Journey for a year, you can't really work out that hard when you're nursing, so I did a lot of hiking and I gradually worked myself up into weight circuit training, and now I am at a point where I am basically doing CrossFit, which is awful - it's awful - but it works."

Megan is also getting cardio chasing her naughty eldest boys around the house, noting siblings Noah and Bodhi are turning out to be more than a handful. "(My youngest is) just very calm and kind, and then my older two are wild beasts and they're always fighting," she shares. "Everything is a weapon. You can't have forks, forks are weapons... They're always trying to kill each other, and it's so stressful 'cause the baby gets stressed out 'cause he doesn't understand what's going on."
