Halle Berry has said anyone can have a strong and toned body like hers - but it takes a lot of hard work. The 51-year-old, who is known for her incredible physique, encouraged her fans not to give up or look for quick fixes in an inspirational Instagram post detailing her own exercise routine.
Sharing a photo of herself boxing, Halle wrote: "Whether a new workout, a new eating plan or an attempt to do yoga or meditation, we have become a society addicted to the quick fix and we want results before we even start to get good. I totally understand that feeling. Finding the energy to continue when you see little results is tough and can be very discouraging."

However, Halle says people shouldn't quit if they don't see the instant results they want, and revealed she too had struggled when she introduced boxing and skipping into her fitness routine, but is finally starting to get better. "I'm still no Ali with the rope, but this experience reminded me that just when you want to quit because you can't do something easily or you see no real change, that is when real change is about to occur. This is the most important time to stick with it. I say this to you because I say it to myself every day. I encourage you to not give up and STICK WITH IT!"

Halle's personal trainer Peter Lee Thomas also divulged Halle's diet secrets in a recent interview with E! News. "A high-fat, moderate protein and low-carb, low-sugar diet works for me," he said. "This is the same diet that Halle is also following. Halle naturally was eating a Ketogenic diet and it works for her. I always suggest to eat real food that comes from the kitchen opposed from a laboratory."
