Davina McCall has showed off her incredibly trim figure, posing for a bikini selfie while on holiday in France. The 50-year-old TV star looked sensational as she lounged around outdoors in a bright lemon yellow two-piece. Revealing that her break in France had come to an end, Davina wrote: "Bye bye France. Back next year... I've been very French the last two weeks (je suis moitié française) and the best bit of all... the kids have totally grown in confidence with their French too... oh and France winning the World Cup..."
Davina's legion of fans quickly rushed to post compliments, with one replying: "Can we celebrate how blooming gorgeous you are! Despite some negativity, the mother-of-three continues to post inspirational photos on Instagram, recently hitting back at her body shamers. After sharing a fabulous bikini photo of her washboard abs, she wrote: "Talk about hooha!!! Two pics... same day I chose one on the right coz I liked my 6 pack but just so you can all calm down here is one without. Look at my Insta... happy and healthy."

The TV star, who is training to become a professional fitness trainer with LDN Muscle's PT Academy, also opened up about her summer exercise goals. "I get asked all the time how many times I work out a week," she said. "Three times minimum... four ideally… 45 mins to an hour. Can't run at the mo so I do a mixture strength and cardio."

Despite her new boost in confidence, Davina reiterated that her children, who she shares with ex-husband Matthew Robertson, are still her main priority. "I have so much to be grateful for... my kids are number one but right behind them at no 2 is how my fitness journey has made me feel," she said.
