Vogue Williams may be due to give birth soon but that's not stopped her keeping up with her exercise regime. The Irish model is a big fan of barre, the low-impact ballet-inspired workout loved by stars like Millie Mackintosh, Stephanie Pratt and Madeleine Shaw. In the Instagram post, Vogue is seen working out with Paola Di Lanzo, founder of Paola's Body Barre, a fitness method described as fusing "disciplines including dynamic Pilates, ballet barre condition, functional training and HIIT." The workout is designed to work every muscle to improve posture, core strength, flexibility and muscle tone – plus lift your bottom too!

On her post, Vogue wrote: "Living my best @paolasbodybarre life! Due date is any day now... I’m so lucky I’ve been able to train through my pregnancy. I know a lot of you suffer from really bad sickness so it’s ok not to train too. I think it’s important to listen to your body and I find training has really helped me. I feel super strong and BEYOND excited for our little boy to arrive...countdown is on!" Fans praised Vogue's commitment to staying healthy during her pregnancy, calling her "pregnancy inspiration" and "superwoman".

Barre isn't Vogue's only pregnancy workout. She's also been keeping fit with intense boxing training, saying on Instagram: "So many lovely comments about my training during pregnancy. If you’ve trained before there is no reason not to continue while pregnant. I do get a fair bit of flack over it too but I feel so healthy and our son is a big healthy baby already! Boxing training is an absolute winner. So good for your arms, core and cardio fitness."
Vogue, 32, recently married husband Spencer Matthews in a secret Scottish wedding, covered exclusively by HELLO! The couple, whose first child is due in September, were joined by immediate family including Spencer's brother James and his wife Pippa Middleton.
