We love Andrea McLean! The Loose Women host has shared the funniest video on social media to celebrate National Fitness Day and her workout has taken us all by surprise. The TV presenter begins the clip by introducing her personal trainer Sarah Maxwell and the pair prepare to exercise together. We were expecting some kind of yoga or pilates, but no, what comes next is brilliant. The pair don rainbow striped tutus and dive head on into a ballet class to that eighties classic song Eye of the Tiger. Andrea says the routine, which includes plies, lots of stretching and pointing toes will 'blast your menopausal middle'.

Andrea posted on her Instagram page: "Today is #nationalfitnessday - so I thought who better to ask to show me a fun fitness routine than my friend of 15 years, a shining light of energy, enthusiasm and encouragement, fitness trainer and supporter of women @sarahmax100.

"Sarah arrived at my house yesterday afternoon with an idea about what we could do, which took me somewhat by surprise - ballet!! I haven’t done ballet since I was a gawky child, gallumping around in a leotard and flapping my arms. As you’ll see, my technique has not changed!" Oh Andrea, we salute you! She's got us in the mood for a spot of ballet too.

The star is clearly in a retro mood right now, having shared an old school photo at the start of September too. Andrea was one of the many celebrities to support anti-bullying charity, Back2School, with her picture and she looked unrecognisable. The TV host appeared in the snap with a perm and full eyebrows. One fan said: "You remind me for Baby from Dirty Dancing!" Andrea advised her followers on bullying: "My #Back2School advice is to find someone to talk to, and tell them what’s happening to you. Don’t suffer in silence."
