Now that the season to eat, drink and be merry is over, many of us want to burn off those mince pies and selection boxes in the gym. But if you're unsure of which gym to sign up for or which fitness class you'll enjoy the most, you can try before you buy with a free gym pass. Three-day pass at Pure Gym

The nationwide gym chain is offering a brilliant three-day pass to potential members. Just click here to access the deal. All you have to do is click the 'FREE 3 day pass' icon, pick a gym near you and fill in the registration form to receive your gym access pin. Hurry though, the offer ends 17th January.

Fitness First three-day pass

Fancy a trial at popular gym Fitness First? The well-known chain are offering their own three-day free pass, valid at all DW Fitness First clubs. Just click here to access the offer. The deal is valid for 14 days after the download and must be used on consecutive days only. The gym will call you within 24 hours to book you first session.

Nuffield Health's one-day pass

If you're only after a one-day trial, then the Nuffield Health offer is perfect. The chain has a great free one-day pass available for seven days after download. Click for here the deal. To benefit from the offer, you must be over 18 and photographic ID is required on visiting the gym. Check their website for participating locations.

Free three-day pass at Anytime Fitness

Another fab free fitness deal is on offer here thanks to chain Anytime Fitness. The gym operates 140 locations in the UK and is open 24 hours a day. Anytime Fitness offers a range of gym equipment, fitness classes and personal training.
