Natalie Lowe shared a new photo to Instagram on Wednesday that showed she's as fit and healthy as ever, despite leaving Strictly Come Dancing back in 2016. The new mum posted a snap which showed her washboard abs peeking out from beneath a pair of camouflage leggings. A cute white dog rested one paw on her stomach, and Natalie revealed in the caption that despite her best efforts to work out, she's having trouble getting some time to herself.
The dancer wrote: "Does anyone else’s cockapoo suffer from separation issues? I honestly can’t sit down, lay down, work out or stand in one spot for too long without Cooper planting himself on top of me. Cooper can't you see I'm busy? Bless him. #lovehim to bits #cockapoo #buddy #dogsofinstagram #puppylove #dailyworkouts #strongereveryday #corestrength #coreworkout #getoff."

Natalie's fans were quick to sympathise, with one commenting: "He’s gorgeous - and my golden cocker is exactly the same!" Others, however, felt that the glamorous blonde didn't need to worry too much, writing: "He says, ‘Mummy, your abs don’t need a workout, come and play with me instead’," and: "I have a Cavapoo and he’s exactly the same .. when I do sit-ups I have to use him as the weight otherwise I won’t get any done... although my belly doesn’t look like yours."
