A second said: "Appreciate you very much. Please be safe!" A third added: "Just be really careful out there. Take care of yourself and be safe."
Ginger has been absent from the GMA studios since last month due to the latest surge of coronavirus cases, particularly in New York.
The rising cases have also meant that she has had to postpone three dates and completely cancel another from her nationwide tour for her new book, A Little Closer to Home: How I Found the Calm After the Storm.
Ginger's book tour has become a virtual event
The remaining two dates have now become a virtual event, with Ginger sharing on Thursday: "Although COVID restrictions are forcing my events to be postponed or turned virtual — I’m glad everyone will be safe.
"AND here’s a sliver of sunshine — more of you can sign up from ANYWHERE for the virtual talks at @quailridgebooks and @andersonsbookshop! Go to their sites and sign up to attend. I would love to see you all there — I’ll be answering questions and giving a presentation. Plus we can get you signed books!"
She added: "Gratitude for the ability to still release my book in a time I think many people may really need it… See you all soon."
