Ginger Zee was the recipient of heaps of praise from her fans, friends, and followers when she shared a fitness update on social media.

The Good Morning America star delighted with a new video chronicling her journey towards achieving the perfect handstand, to considerable success.

"I have been trying to get a handstand for years," she revealed in her voiceover. "I only do it once a month, which is probably not much you're supposed to practice."
She attempted the move continually while wearing a white tank and red leggings, achieving short bursts of success on a few occasions.

"So when I can hold it for a second and a half, I'm like 'Yay, let's try that again'," Ginger exclaimed after one attempt, holding it for two seconds in one go.
She then tried one out on a mattress in her living room with her sons behind her and her husband, Ben Aaron, in their kitchen, not paying any mind to his wife's handstands.

While she got a good lift off, she couldn't keep it in the air for long, eventually falling onto her mattress and saying: "Mom is fallible."
Ginger posted the clip on her social media and wrote: "Modeling imperfection, resilience and self deprecating humor are all part of our parenting playbook. I should really try more than once a month to get it #handstand #mom #yoga."
Fans quickly took to praising her for sharing an honest update on her journey, with many giving her kudos for "nailing" the move.

One of her friends even quipped: "Great job! Your son in the background like, 'are you done? My turn.' @benaarontv is like, 'do you. I'm about to make dinner, but first these dishes gotta get cleaned.'"
The video employed a trick that ABC's chief meteorologist recently admitted to trying out in her fitness compilations, using voiceover to explain her process.
