ITV icon Lorraine Kelly always looks incredible, with every Instagram post flooded with praise from her fans.
In a new interview with Prima, the 63-year-old shared how she maintains her youthful appearance – and it's extremely refreshing. "I think the women who age the best are the ones who haven't had work done – or only the bare minimum," she explained.
Of her approach to aesthetic work, Lorraine said: "Having surgery is like jazzing up your living room: you start by getting new curtains, then the carpet looks shabby, so you change that, and then the sofa doesn't fit. Soon enough, you don't recognise yourself anymore."
In the past Lorraine has been open about the procedures she's chosen to have, including microneedling, which sees tiny needles rolled over the skin to create micro wounds, which stimulates collagen production, resulting in glowing, plumper-looking skin.
Lorraine shared her microneedling session on Instagram at the time, calling it "brilliant," and saying it "wasn't painful at all."

While Lorraine was pleased with her microneedling results, she previously shared that she wouldn't opt for further work, such as lip fillers, telling Good Housekeeping in 2019: "To be honest with you, I see people who have had work done particularly on their lips and think, 'What are you doing?'
"My makeup artist Helen [Hand] tells me not to have anything done. She sees people who have had work done and has to work ten times harder to make them look the same as they did pre-surgery.
"I think it's really sad. Look if you have had it done and nobody can tell, then good for you because we don’t know."
