The touching post sparked a joyous reaction from fans, who were quick to comment well wishes on the star's birthday tribute. "Happy birthday little lady, enjoy every minute of your life ahead," penned a fan, as another echoed: "Your family is in my thoughts and prayers today and every day."
Mabel's birthday celebrations come shortly after the Willis family shared a heartbreaking update that Bruce had been diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia - a degenerative brain condition that was "impacting his cognitive abilities".

Emma and Bruce's ex-wife Demi Moore, along with his adult daughters Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, shared an update in February 2023, revealing that "Bruce’s condition has progressed."
"Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis," they added.
Reflecting on her wedding anniversary earlier this year, Emma shared with fans: "It got me thinking about how hard these types of “special occasions” can be on caregivers.
"When usually our person would acknowledge the event, now their changing brains just can’t. And that is what it is."
Family and friends continue to rally around the Die Hard actor as he battles the disease. With five loving children, Bruce's family has come together in solidarity during this challenging time.
