All's not well in Kate Beckinsale's household as the actress took to Instagram to document a mystery ailment that left her down.
She posted a photograph of herself with an IV inserted into her arm at a clinic, although it seemed like she was more worried about the fate of her cat, Clive, a glimpse of whom can be seen in the video below.
The viral pet, who has become a fan favorite for his outlandish costumes paired with his signature grumpy look, was dealing with health trouble of his own, as evidenced by two additional pictures in her carousel, resting in a kennel with a cone around his neck.
A text conversation she included confirmed so, although Clive seemed to be on the road to recovery while his mom worried from afar.

The 49-year-old penned: "Tough week or two for both of us. Thanks to everyone who has been loving us through. Prayers up for my Clive and brighter days ahead x"
Fans wished her a speedy recovery, including a "Get well" from Jamie Foxx, although Kate didn't clarify what was wrong with either her or Clive.
Kate and Clive's mystery ailment sparked fan concern
The star has largely been away from social media over the past few weeks owing to her busy schedule and health trouble, but has kept her followers regularly updated.
The Underworld star last was on Instagram back in March as the UK celebrated Mother's Day, sharing a tear-jerker of a tribute to her mom Judith, 76, including a nod to how she's handled health trouble in the past.

Alongside several photographs that put their similarly quirky personalities on display, she lovingly wrote: "Ever since I was five you have been the [center] of my universe. Loving you fiercely and in terror that I'd lose you too.
"We have had as many laughs as we have had really rough seas and I truly believe that that and your extraordinary grace and courage is what has helped me to survive."

She continued: "For all of my life, and most especially in the last six years, you have shown me that true warriors quietly do battle while caring for others, treasuring life, keeping me abreast of bike lanes in Chiswick, learning how to adapt to some intense shit and still blaming any physical ailment I may have on the fact I wear high heels and drink too much Perrier. I love you more than you have the faintest clue of. Happy Mother's Day to my extraordinary mama."
