Victoria Beckham gave an insight into her ultra-disciplined workout routine on Sunday, while also sharing a peek into the luxe home gym at the £31million Holland Park mansion she shares with her children and husband David Beckham.
The fashion mogul always looks incredible, and her seriously sculpted figure and glowing skin are no doubt credited to her power workouts and lean eating. Taking to Instagram, the mother-of-four worked up a sweat in sleek all-black activewear.
Victoria showcased her impressive flexibility in cropped workout leggings and an ab-baring crop top that highlighted her toned waist. She slicked her brunette tresses into a neat bun, while slipping into a pair of white and neon orange Adidas trainers for her workout.
A shirtless David even appeared in the background of one photo - proving the power couple also love to workout together.
"In my strength training phase! Before and after every session it's key to mobilise and stretch. Recovery is as important as the work itself!" said the former Spice Girls star.
"I follow with my training session which I vary day-to-day to focus on different areas of the body. Today I'm working on upper body strength with a combination of resistance-based exercises," added Victoria.
"My post gym-shake! I drink a @puorilife protein shake after every workout. It helps to aid muscle recovery and growth, and I love that this one is minimally processed with no GMO, pesticides or hormones."

It's worth noting that while Victoria's discipline and focused approach to working out are total goals, her petite frame and lean physique aren't necessarily achievable for everyone - but we can certainly take notes!
When she's not in a "strength training phase", Victoria likes to mix things up in her workout routine. Speaking to The Guardian's Weekend magazine, she explained that she'd typically do 7km on the treadmill, incorporating a mix of jogging, running and fast uphill walking.

She then follows this 7km with a PT session, which she revealed consists of "30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core." Phew!
