The Duke of Sussex confirmed last week that he will attend King Charles' coronation without Meghan Markle, but it's likely his wife gave him some advice ahead of the historic occasion.

While she is sure to have offered her husband guidance on reuniting with his family, having reconciled with her niece Ashleigh Hale after being estranged for several years, Meghan is likely to have given Prince Harry practical advice ahead of his visit to the UK, too.

Harry has been open about his struggles with panic attacks in the past, triggered by public duties and wearing a suit - two things on the agenda for his coronation visit.

"Hours before a public appearance I'd be soaked in sweat," Prince Harry wrote in Spare about how panic attacks impacted him.

"The panic often started with putting on a suit first thing in the morning. Strange – that was my trigger: the suit. As I buttoned up my shirt I could feel my blood pressure soaring. As I knotted my tie, I could feel my throat closing. By the time I was pulling on the jacket, lacing the smart shoes, sweat was running down my cheeks and back," he continued.

Luckily for Harry, Meghan has a clever remedy for stress, which she is sure to have shared with her husband.

The Duchess of Sussex is known to be devoted to her wellness routine, even investing in the supplement brand Clevr, and she even takes a supplement to help with stress.

Meghan Markle believes in the power of supplements

Meghan is a fan of the adaptogenic supplement ashwagandha. The ancient herb helps the body adapt to stress. Taking ashwagandha delivers a low daily dose of stress to the body, so when you encounter something stressful, your body is primed to help.
