Holly Willoughby has been off sick from This Morning all week after contracting shingles.
The presenter let fans know she was unwell on Sunday, writing on Instagram Stories: "Hi… Just to let you know I may be away for the rest of the week as I have shingles… I'll be back as soon as I'm better."
On Friday the star gave her followers an update on her recovery. She shared a photo of a carton of soup and a hefty-looking sandwich, captioned: "Thankyou Dermot O'Leary for the sweetest delivery of chicken soup and salt beef. Just what I needed.
"Feeling so much better, thank you for all your well wishes," she added.
Holly's co-host Phillip Schofield has likely been missing her. It was his first week back on the show following an extended absence amid his brother's court trial, and then the Easter break.
