Justin Bieber has an army of devoted fans who, naturally, care deeply about the singer's well-being.

The Grammy Award-winning singer has recently sparked concern over his health due to his recent public and social media appearances.

Not only that, but the 31-year-old's fans were worried about the status of his marriage to Hailey. However, the Rhode Beauty founder recently insisted that all is well.

It's not surprising that the constant evaluation of their lives means they prefer to keep themselves mostly to themselves. But in 2020, the young couple, who welcomed their first child, Jack Blues Bieber, last August, gave an insight into their relationship – and it's not quite how you'd imagine a loved-up pair to spend their evenings.

In his docu-series on YouTube, entitled Seasons, Justin revealed he sleeps in a hyperbaric chamber, hoping to rid his body of toxins that he believes built up during several years of drug abuse.

Explaining his use of the hyperbaric chamber, the 'Baby' hitmaker explained: "I've abused my body in the past and now I'm just in the recovery process, trying to make sure I'm taking care of my body and taking care of the vessel that God's given me."

Justin has at least two hyperbaric chambers, one at their home in Beverly Hills and one at his studio, which can be seen in his documentary, with his wife zipping him into it. "I could be a hyperbaric chamber technician at this point," Hailey joked.

1. Viral sensation

After competing in a local singing competition in his native Canada, Justin Bieber started posting on YouTube. At first, he performed covers of songs but went on to post his original music. Eventually, pop star agent Scooter Braun scouted the youngster and signed him at 15 years old. He was later signed to rapper, Usher.

2. Confiscated monkey

In 2013, Justin Bieber had his pet monkey confiscated at an airport. OG Mally, the name of the monkey, was an unexpected birthday gift that didn't manage to make it through Munich, Germany's airport customs. Instead, officals seized the pet and placed him under quarantine. Sadly, Justin and the monkey were never reunited.

3. French fluency

Justin Bieber was born in Canada, meaning he can speak fluent French. This skill sounds fancy but is not uncommon since French is one of Canada's official languages.

4. Exes love songs

His ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, supposedly wrote a few savage songs about her relationship with the pop star. It's believed that her songs, 'Lose You to Love Me' and 'Look at Me Now' were about her eight-year on-off relationship.

5. Ramsay Hunt Syndrome

In June 2022, he announced that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. The health problem left one-half of his face paralysed and resulted in him cancelling part of his North America, 'Justice' tour.

Justin explained how his sleep chamber worked, sharing: "It fills up with oxygen, I really have been struggling with a lot of anxiety. You get more oxygen to your brain so it decreases your stress levels. It's pretty cool."

What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy?

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a medical intervention that saturates cells in every organ with pure oxygen, for better, faster and more efficient functioning, promising to supercharge us, with no downtime. A bit like a vitamin drip, but more intense!

What are the benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy?

Benefits include: boosted mental clarity, optimized cellular repair and tissue healing, enhanced athletic performance, detoxification and inflammation reduction, plus boosted energy.

The chamber also claims to help muscle recovery – hence why athletes are often fans.

It's also set to help support focus and memory and alleviate jetlag, which is likely helpful for the jet-setting Biebers!

The dose of pure oxygen saturates cells in every organ for better, faster and more efficient functioning, promising to supercharge us with no downtime.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, sleeping in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber has been approved by the FDA to help aid many conditions and injuries such as burns, loss of vision, anemia and more. They also state it "helps your immune system fight bacteria and generate stem cells.

"Stem cells are special cells in your body that help create other types of important cells, including blood cells, brain cells and muscle cells."

While Hailey didn't reveal if she spends time in the chamber too, we know she likes to work hard on her health, often booking in for vitamin drips with Kendall Jenner, as documented on Kendall's Disney+ show, The Kardashians

Hailey also likes to take NAD supplements, and during the Kardashians episode said: "I'm going to NAD for the rest of my life and I'm never going to age."

NAD is a natural chemical found in every cell in the body, but as we age, our natural supply declines. NAD plays an essential role in cellular processes that protect us from ageing and disease, so when we're in short supply, we start to age quicker – and our natural levels begin to decline in our late twenties – hence why Hailey supplements it!
