Israeli model Bar Refaeli has undergone a liquid gold facial before meeting Tommy Hilfiger at the opening of his new store.The photo, which Bar posted on her Instagram account, shows the supermodel with the 24-carat precious metal covering her face and dripping down on to her neck.The 28-year-old supermodel later met Tommy at the opening of his Iraeli store in Tel Aviv.
