Whether she's hitting the X Factor red carpet or posing for a make-up free selfie, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini constantly has fans admiring her flawless complexion. Now, the 32-year-old has revealed the secrets behind her beauty regime, as well as the unusual snack she turns to for vitamins.
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has revealed her biggest beauty secrets
"I drink a lot of water and eat plenty of avocado," she told The Telegraph. "And I love Marmite too, which has B vitamins in it."
The former Girls Aloud singer also explained that because her career sees her in the public eye, she's always looking to see what the biggest beauty trends are – but confessed that she still sticks to her go-to eye make-up look from her teen years.
"Beauty is a part of my career, so I’ve always got an eye on trends," she said. "I think my first memories of make-up are from when I was around 13 or 14 and I first tried to use a black eyeliner with a little inkwell. You would shake it and try to do a straight line on your eye, which takes a long time to master.

"I’d always use too much and end up having to wipe it all off and start again. I’ve been doing it for so long now that I’m used to it and can slap it on quickly but I think that, doing what I do, I got fast-track lessons."
The Fight For This Love hitmaker admitted that when she's not in the spotlight, she likes to try a differnet look. "Nowadays I like to feel feminine and girlie," she said. "But as time goes on, especially on holiday, I like to be barefaced, so I can differentiate from work."
However, Cheryl added that for her beauty is more a state of mind than physical appearance.
"There are times in your life when you feel good about yourself and times when you don’t – and a lot of that is to do with what’s going on in your head," she explained. "I feel like I’m in a good place now, as a woman. I know who I am and I think that’s empowering."
