Cindy Crawford, 49, flaunted her supermodel good looks in a striking photo on Wednesday. The mother-of-two was as radiant as ever in a no make-up selfie she posted as she settled to get some rest the night before a photoshoot.

Looking every inch a beauty icon, the candid snap sees Cindy lying in bed with her glossy tresses left loose in tumbling curls, her flawless complexion completely free of make-up.
"Getting some beauty rest before my @meaningfulbeauty shoot in Palm Springs tomorrow!" she captioned the image.

Cindy has always been a firm advocate of natural beauty, and recently opened up about the pressures of constantly being in the spotlight, particularly when it comes to ageing in the industry. In her memoir, titled Becoming, the American star revealed she is often shocked when she sees paparazzi photos and spots changes she hadn't noticed.
Cindy opened up about the pressure of being in the spotlight
"Having been a model now for more than 30 years and dependent on my looks for my work, seeing those changes might even be a little bit harder for me," she admitted, describing what she has dubbed "the illusion of Cindy Crawford".
She added: "At times the pressure to live up to the fashion industry's expectations feels overwhelming."
It's not the first time Cindy has spoken up about the pressure of being in the public eye – earlier this year a photo emerged of the supermodel which was allegedly unretouched, which she confessed left her feeling "conflicted".
"It put me in a tough spot: I couldn't come out against it because I'm rejecting all these people who felt good about it, but I also didn't embrace it because it wasn't real – and even if it were real, I wouldn't have wanted it out there," she told Elle Canada. "I felt really manipulated and conflicted, so I kept my mouth shut."
