The Duchess caused a social media frenzy when she unveiled a stunning new haircut as she joined Prince William for the ICAP charity day, embracing the shorter hair trend with a few inches chopped off her locks, leaving the length falling just below her shoulders.

Kate was simply dazzling as she joined Prince William and Prince Harry for the premiere of Spectre in October. For the glitzy event, the elegant royal chose to wear her glossy brunette locks swept up into an elegant chignon, pairing the style with striking dark smokey eye make-up for ultimate red carpet glamour.

The world waited to catch a glimpse of the stylish royal after she and Prince William welcomed Princess Charlotte at the Lindo Wing in May – and Kate didn't disappoint. The British beauty was as radiant as ever in a bespoke Jenny Packham gown, with her beauty look equally as striking. Her hair worn down in tumbling curls, Kate added a hint of blusher and grey eyeshadow for ultimate daytime glamour.

The Duchess looked every inch a style icon as she attended her first ever state banquet, her locks swept into an elegant chignon and accessorised with the glittering Lotus Flower tiara, which once belonged to the Queen Mother.

Hair packed with heaps of volume paired with glittering eye make-up and nude lips saw Kate wowing the crowds at the 100 Women in Hedge Funds Gala Dinner earlier this year. The beaming royal kept the rest of her make-up to a bare minimum, save for a hint of blusher to enhance her fresh-faced complexion.

The Duchess of Cambridge was the epitome of elegance for daughter Princess Charlotte's christening. The 33-year-old opted for barely-there make-up teamed with dark smokey eyes, sweeping her brunette tresses into a low bun and accessorising with a chic cream Jane Taylor hat to match her Alexander McQueen dress coat.

Making her first appearance after a brief maternity leave following the birth of Princess Charlotte, Kate debuted a striking fringed hairstyle as she paid a visit to the Anna Freud Centre, the rest of her hair worn down in her trademark blowdry style. The Duchess completed her look with a touch of eyeliner to complement her houndstooth ensemble.

Heading to the Fostering Excellence Awards, Kate turned heads as she chose to wear her hair in a chic half updo, her tresses tumbling down in loose curls and her fringe in a sleek style. Prince George's mother, who was spotted chatting to TV presenter Holly Willoughby at the event, opted for one of the season's biggest trends with shimmering eye make-up for an extra touch of evening glamour.

Princess Charlotte's mother gave fans around the world major hair inspiration when she met staff and children from charity Chance UK in Islington, highlighting her sleek fringe by wearing her glossy tresses swept back into a wavy high ponytail.

A few weeks before she welcomed Princess Charlotte into the world, Kate made quite the impression in the seaside town of Margate with her chic dalmatian-printed coat dress by Hobbs – and her stunning sleek ponytail was just as eye-catching. Not a hair was out of place in the royal's slicked back roots paired with the wavy ponytail.
