HELLO! beauty editor Nadine Baggott headed backstage at the BAFTAs with Olga Kurylenko's make-up artist Alex Babsky to find out how he created her beautiful look for the glitzy bash.
"I recently went to The BAFTAs, our very own Oscars, and spent some time backstage chatting to all of the talented hair and make-up artists who make everyone look so stunning for the red carpet. Whilst filming for my vlog #TheBeautyKnowItAll at the BAFTA Style Suites at The Savoy, I managed to chat to make-up artist Alex Babsky to find out his inspiration as well as the products he used on Olga Kurylenko for the red carpet.

Olga Kurylenko turned heads at the BAFTAs
"Alex is a very talented make-up artist who works regularly with Naomi Campbell, Naomi Donne, Ella Ayre, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Lily Collins - if you ever get the chance to meet him on counter at a Lancome event (he is their UK make-up ambassador) or watch him at work, as he also draws the most beautiful inspirational sketches of his clients.
"The look was understated, elegant and beautiful but his top tips for creating the perfect nude lips, including products, are something that we can all use.
"Alex used the limited edition Lisa Eldridge Audacity in Paris Eyeshadow Palette to create a super soft, subtle smoky eye on Olga using shades of grey, soft taupe and lilac, teamed with a peachy blush, defined brows and the perfect nude lip. Alex was busy that day as he left me to go and work with Dree Hemingway - that’s two fabulous faces in the space of two hours. "The products he mentions here are:
"1. Lancome Lisa Eldridge Eye Palette Audacity in Paris, available at Sephora.com2. Shine Lover Lipstick 218, available at Lancome.co.uk3. Contour Pro Lip Liner 211, available at Lancome.co.uk."
