In the black-and-white snap, the teenager is beaming as she admires her new artwork, a short phrase printed in her father's handwriting, which is placed on the outer side of her wrist.
The simple yet striking inking was created by tattoo artist Justin Lewis at his studio in Hollywood – and Paris revealed she was joined by cousin Austin Brown as she arrived to get the artwork done.
""Queen of My Heart" in his handwriting," she wrote in a sweet caption accompanying the photo. "To everyone else he was the King of Pop. To me, well, he was the king of my heart. Thank you @dermagraphink, you're a legend. [@austinbrown]."

It's been a busy week for Paris who celebrated her milestone 18th birthday on Sunday. The American teenager was joined by new boyfriend Michael Snoddy, with whom she shared a sweet birthday kiss, capturing the tender moment in a snap on Instagram.
Paris revealed she also spent her special day celebrating with friends, sharing a video of the group dancing. "Thank you everybody for the birthday wishes! You all mean the world to me," she wrote.
The budding musician often takes to social media to keep her fans updated with her latest projects, and recently debuted a striking new platinum blonde pixie hairstyle. A few days before, Paris gave fans a sneak peek at the short cut, which was dyed a bright orange as she made the transition from brunette to blonde.
She took the opportunity to pay a touching tribute to music superstar David Bowie – who passed away earlier this year – by teaming the look with a recreation of the singer's iconic Ziggy Stardust make-up.
