On the basics:
"Staying hydrated is where it starts, from drinking water to using a humidifier, and wearing moisturiser and sunscreen is definitely part of my daily ritual," Jessica explained to Cosmopolitan.
On creating a smokey eye:
"Dramatic eye make-up is very glamourous. Just smudge your eyeliner, especially towards the end to create a sultry smokey effect, and follow up with double coats of mascara (I love Revlon’s Grow Luscious mascara)," she revealed to Vogue. "A darker shade of lipstick, like Revlon’s ColorBurst lipstick in Plum, also creates instant glamour. Just be sure to dab it lightly on your lips instead of a heavy swipe."
On staying in shape:
"Having some sort of balance and moderation is key," she told Hello Fashion Monthly. "I eat really fresh food, don't eat anything processed or a lot of fried foods. You learn, if you indulge a lot, it's going to show up more, so you just have to be aware of that."
On flawless beachy waves:
"I do the sea-salt spray at the root, and I use conditioning milk at the ends," she said to Allure. "Then I scrunch. Right before it's completely dry, I'll mist with the oil. It's awesome. We have a hair oil that's like a mist."
On exercise:
"I like to mix it up with dance class, spinning and hot yoga sculpt. Listening to loud pop and hip hop music and working out with a friend keeps my energy up," she told Get the Gloss. "No matter what I do, it’s always important to work my core muscles - it's not just for abs, it's also for balance and posture."
On her must-have product:
"I also love using coconut oil as an at-home treatment. It's great for the ends of your hair, you can throw a little bit in your bath [for all-over moisture], or rub it directly on super-dry areas like the bottom of your feet or hands," the mother-of-two explained to Lucky.
On her skincare routine:
"Every morning and every night I do my thing. Cleanse, moisturize, and eye cream. The whole shebang. I cleanse. I use face oil. And a cream in the day. And at night, I use a night cream," the actress revealed to Elle.
On pampering:
"If you want a relaxing bath, use lavender essential oil," she revealed to People. "You don't want to use a lot—just one or two drops. And then I add a cup of Epsom salt. It’s my favourite way to wind down. And if I do have the time, and a mask, I'll put a face mask on while I’m sitting in the bathtub so I can do two things at once."
On the importance of hydration:
"So, just making sure you do stay hydrated for glowing skin and high energy," she told Byrdie. "It’s important for overall health."
On working out:
"To stay fit and healthy, I like high-intensity training. A good sweat keeps the circulation going. I try to get at least six hours’ sleep," she told The Telegraph.
