Reese took her daughter Ava to the Emmys

The actress was joined at the Emmys by her lookalike daughter Ava Phillipe, who turned 18 earlier in the month. Reese has previously opened up about her close bond with her only daughter, telling Entertainment Tonight that she wasn't looking forward to her leaving to go to university.

She said: "She's my best friend and we do everything together, it's going to be hard for her to leave! But I have another year.'' She also spoke about just how proud she was of Ava, adding: ''I alternate between crying and feeling really proud of the woman she's become. It's so weird. I can't believe she's [going to be] 18. She's great, and we did it together. I feel like we grew up together, it's great.''
