Allison Janey won her very first Oscar – at Sunday's star-studded Academy Awards, receiving the Best Supporting Actress trophy for her role of LaVona Harding in blockbuster smash I, Tonya. The 58-year-old looked red-hot in a skin-tight, body con-dress by Reem Acra that flattered her lean and impressively toned frame. The actress added a diamond choker and carried a bold red clutch bag by Roger Vivier. All eyes, however, were on her glowing makeup! Allison looked incredibly youthful as she posed for waiting photographers - and we can reveal exactly which products were used to create her flawless makeup look. Celebrity makeup artist Collier Strong was on hand to perfect her face, and he explained:

"The dress was very architectural yet fluid so I wanted it to be all about a sharp define eye to lend a sense of drama to contradict the soft silhouette of the dress."

Allison's skin was prepped with Elizabeth Arden's Hydrating Mist, £21

To create a perfect base, Collier used a variety of budget and high end products. First, Allison's skin was prepped with Elizabeth Arden Hydrating Mist, £21, then foundation was applied – the celebrity-loved Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 8, which retails at £42.

L'Oreal Carbon Black Voluminous Mascara, £10.99 was used on Allison's lashes

Two blushers were used to give Allison a flushed look - Glossier Cloud Paint in both Dusk & Puff, which are priced at £15 each. Glossier's famous 'Boy Brow', £14, perfected the actress's brows and her lashes were preened and lengthened by L'Oreal Carbon Black Voluminous Mascara, £10.99.

Allison also had a brand new product used on her face – Glossier's new Lidstar eyeshadow in Fawn and Moon. Lidstar is an eyeshadow which has both a silky and blendable formula, leaving a delicate, twinkling sheen that lights up the eyes and stays on all day and is priced at £25. It was used on a whole host of celebrities at the Oscars 2018 – including Salma Hayek.
