Neon lip paints are trending, but are you brave enough to try it?

Fancy some glow in the dark lips? Then INC.credible's new neon lip paint is for you. The beauty brand has just launched two illuminous lip shades at Sephora.com and makeup fans are going crazy over them. The company posted on Instagram: "Listen up and LISTEN HARD GIRL as your lips are about to get loud ? our #worldsfirst UV reactive real neon lip paints in two fierce shades have hit @sephora!!!" The fun neon lip paints come in 'Hot RN' bright orange and 'She's Arrived' power pink. This year's festivals will now be awash with glow-in-the-dark lips - helpful for finding your friends.

The lip paints are vegan friendly and cruelty and paraben-free with a price tag of just $10 (£8.68). Instagram is already buzzing with excited followers waiting to try the product. One posted: "I cannot wait to put this on my lips." While another wrote: "OMG this is amazeballs." Another already has plans for the funky makeup, writing: "Use for Coachella as well!!"

So how do you apply these neon lip paints without looking like a freaky Halloween character? INC.credible advises to first line the lips with the tip of the applicator, then fill in with the colour and finish by gently blotting with fingers or a tissue. The website says: "Build it up for shocking full neon coverage or lightly pat onto lips to sheer it out. For an out of this world effect, dab on You Glow Girl Iridescent Highlighter (sold separately) as a topper. We can't get enough of this daring lip trend.
