Highlighter can be used on cheeks, temples, eyes, pretty much anywhere you like; lipstick is often used as a blush and balms are for eyebrows, lips, eyelashes – whatever you want really. This new makeup hack is truly brilliant: beauty bloggers are creating killer eyeliner with liquid lipstick and it looks super cool.

Youtube vlogger Jalia MK showed off her clever liner trick on the website, using a gorgeous violet velour liquid lipstick by Jeffree Star in Diamond. She wrote: "Tried a graphic eyeliner with liquid lipstick." The effect is gorgeous, with serious precision. Like, we'd need a stencil for this.

Jalia's followers loved her beauty hack, with one posting: "Haha ok that’s some serious skill you’ve got going on there!" Another said: "The colour is so beautiful and you executed the eyeliner shape so well."
Clearly, it's a good idea to check that the ingredients in a liquid lipstick are safe for the sensitive eye area. Bacteria can also easily be transferred from lips to eyes, so ensure you clean the applicator well before switching zones.
