Is it too early to talk about the Christmas countdown? Certainly not. The weather is officially cold and there are only 13 weeks until the big day. Frankly, we're already thinking about what advent calendar we'll be getting this year and the latest release from George at Asda is seriously tempting us.
The superstore has created their first ever beauty one and it features £30 worth of products for just £20. However, instead of 25 boxes, this advent calendar features just 12 doors, representing the 12 days of advent.
Inside, there will be six satin lipsticks, which retail for £3 each, and six long lasting nail polishes in a range of colour, which retail for £2 each. The calendar itself looks super smart and launches nationwide on 1st November 2018. It's a Charlotte Tilbury-esque pink with sweet illustrations of the lipsticks dotted around, perfect to take centre stage at any beauty lovers house.

This year looks to be full of amazing beauty advent calendars in fact. For those wanting to seriously splash out, Fortnum and Mason's, the place that represents all things Christmas, has launched its first beauty calendar and it's seriously luxurious. Retailing for a casual £195 but worth a staggering £625, you'll be treated to 25 days worth of incredible products from the likes of Aveda, Aromatherapy Associates and Bobbi Brown. 14 of the treats will be full sized. The £300 Jo Malone calendar wouldn't go amiss either but we better start seriously saving the pennies. Coined 'Bring on the Baubles', it will contain a range of cult classics alongside a mini Frosted Cherry and Clove Candle, which is a new addition to the Jo Malone Christmas collection. It will have 24 gifts with an extra one for Christmas Eve.
