David Beckham has certainly sported some looks over the years - and though most of his more memorable have come courtesy of his hair, it looks as though the former footballer is embracing the male makeup trend wholeheartedly, since he's appeared on the cover of LOVE Magazine sporting some majorly bold green eyeshadow. David can be seen looking smouldering as ever on the front of the publication's 20.5 issue, rocking beautifully-blended emerald smokes to match his tattoos, and a perfectly tailored suit, of course.

Now, we'd be tempted to guess that the colour might have been added digitally – since David's usually black body art has also been enhanced in green – though either way, we reckon Mr Beckham looks fierce in a statement smokey eye.

On releasing the cover, the magazine's Instagram caption read: "'I was always that kid in the corner that didn’t really say much. I knew that once I was on the field, I was confident. It was all I ever wanted: to be a professional footballer.' A shy kid in the corner no more, @davidbeckham is our #LOVE20.5 cover star, wearing custom made @dior menswear by @mrkimjones."
It's been a very fashionable week for David, who's been out marking London Fashion Week Men's with wife Victoria recently. The couple looked super loved-up as they attended the Kent & Curwen fashion presentation on Sunday morning, and were even spotted kissing at the event.

David - who is a brand partner of the British heritage label - was also joined by creative director Daniel Kearns and his oldest son Brooklyn. Both David and Victoria are extremely supportive of each other's careers, and without fail David attends Victoria's fashion shows with their four children, where they watch from the front row. No doubt the designer is incredibly proud of David's latest magazine cover, too.
