The Oscars gave us all the glitz and glamour we were after. From stunning red lips, new hair transformations and killer nails, these were our favourite beauty looks from the 2020 Academy Awards...

Lucy Boynton

Ah the red lips, the Twiggy-esque lashes and the pearls scattered down her side parting, we couldn't love Lucy Boynton's look any more.

Regina King

Hollywood star Regina King was the belle of the ball at the 2020 Oscars - she looked pretty in pink. Her makeup was just as perfect, and makeup artist Latrice Johnson used Charlotte Tilbury makeup to create the look. She said: "For Regina's red carpet makeup, I was inspired by her beautiful pink custom Versace dress and wanted to give her a soft Pillow Talk glam to complement the look, keeping it within the classic Charlotte Tilbury aesthetic."

Renee Zellweger

There's no denying that Renee looked stunning at the 2020 Oscars - proving less is always more when it comes to beauty.

Olivia Colman

Olivia is testing out whether blondes really do have more fun! The award winner looked incredible as she graced the red carpet with peroxide blonde hair. Her hair stylist, Marcus Francis, took to Instagram to share a photo of purple toned hair colour, and captioned it: "Mixing up something exciting."

Greta Gerwig

Alongside her custom olive green Dior Haute Couture gown, Greta wore her blonde hair in a chic updo courtesy of TRESemmé Celebrity Stylist John D using the brand's Pro Pure Volume Invisible Styler. Speaking of the style, he said: "I gave the hair a quick trim to freshen up the blunt weight line of the haircut. And we opted to pull the hair back into a modern, half-up French twist.”

America Ferrera

America Ferrera captioned a photo: "Tonight I bring my own warrior ancestors with me, the indigenous Lenca tribe of Honduras."

The actress' hairstylist, Aviva Perea, used Suave Professional products and Dyson tools to create the poker-straight "power hair" look.

"I sprayed a healthy amount of the Suave Professionals Flexible Control Finishing Hairspray to a clean mascara spoolie and ran it over the top of her hair to smooth any last flyaways down and while still wet I hit the hair right where I applied the hairspray with the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer Professional edition on cool, with no nozzle pointing towards the floor to dry the spray and ensure the hair is locked into place. I then sprayed the Finishing Spray directly from the can from mid lengths to ends."

Billie Eilish

You can certainly spot Billie in a crowd - and even more so with those Chanel hair accessories...

And don't get us started on those amazing nails...

Kaitlyn Dever

Booksmart star Kaitlyn Dever showed off an incredible feline flick at the 92nd Annual Academy Awards.

Laura Dern

Makeup artist Gita Bass created Laura Dern's beauty look for the 2020 Oscars using Georgio Armani makeup using NuFace brushes. She prepped Laura's skin using True Botanicals skincare.

Florence Pugh

Florence kept her hair in the same updo throughout the red carpet, award ceremony and after-party, proving its versatility! The intricate knot was created by Peter Lux for Dove Hair, who explained: “I worked Florence’s hair into an intricate row of knots with thin sections of hair that I shaped into fans. The inspiration for this look comes from a fashion shoot I did a few years ago.”

Caitriona Balfe

Outlander star Catriona is giving us major red lip envy at the 2020 Oscars.

Natalie Portman

We don't know about you but Natalie is convincing us to go for the chop. Love her hair! Adam Campbell, an ambassador for Dove Hair, was the one responsible for Natalie's effortlessly textured bob. He said: "The inspiration for Natalie’s look was effortlessly undone French girls. We created a simple but chic bob that perfectly frames and highlights her face, allowing for effortless glamour."

Zazie Beetz

How incredible is Zazie's hair? Created by Nexxus Style & Trends Curator Lacy Redway, the curly style was inspired by Eartha Kitt. Lacy said: "I wanted to keep the look authentic to Zazie and really showcase her natural texture. We didn’t use a ton of product outside of the Nexxus Comb Thru Finishing Mist, because I wanted her hair to feel light & airy, and have movement.”

Margot Robbie

The Bombshell star served up an amazing beauty look at the 2020 Oscars. The Chanel ambassador rocked a red lip and Veronica Lake waves courtesy of Moroccanoil Celebrity Hairstylist Bryce Scarlett. Talking about the look, Bryce said: "To compliment Margot’s vintage, off-the-shoulder Chanel gown, I created a sculpted, modern take on an old Hollywood style with crisp, sharp waves."

Rebel Wilson

How stunning did Rebel look at the 2020 Oscars? Her makeup artist revealed who inspired the look and which products he chose. Matin said: "For the makeup the inspiration was Marilyn Monroe. Once I saw Rebel’s shimmering Jason Woo dress it was all about dreamy eyes and a bold red lip. I used the Surratt Beauty Dew Drop Foundation in shade 2 to her face, décolleté and arms. For this look I made her skin a shade lighter. I followed with the Perfectionniste Concealer Palette in shade 3. I used the powder in the quad to set the concealer and also to set the make up on her forehead and nose. I left the rest of her face dewy."

He continued: "For the lips I mainly used the Moderniste Lip Pencil in shade Bonne with the Surratt Beauty Automatique Lip Crayon in Alluring on top."
