Ruth Langsford decided to give herself a manicure on Tuesday, and the results are impressive!
Sharing a before-and-after photo on Instagram, Ruth told her followers: "I've hung on this long but they've got to be filed down now!"

Showing off the results, the This Morning star added: "Best I can do. Shall I paint them?"

Ruth's Instagram has to be one of our favourites at the moment. The famous mum has been using it as a sort of lockdown diary, keeping us all up to date with her antics while huge swathes of the UK remain in tier four.

Last week, the Loose Women presenter revealed that she was getting stuck into a spot of spring cleaning, sharing a short video to Instagram that showed her cleaning out her loft and throwing things into a big skip.
She captioned the clip: "Day off… grey, rainy & miserable but… I have a skip and I’m clearing out the loft… HAPPY PLACE!!"

While Ruth's face couldn't be seen, the down-to-earth star's hand was in view as she binned a number of large cardboard boxes covered in tape.
The 60-year-old has also been posting videos of herself cooking up a storm in the kitchen, even sharing with her followers the unusual ingredient she adds to her chilli con carne.
Ruth uploaded a clip of the delicious-looking meal cooking away on the stove on her Instagram Story before adding in her secret recipe – a can of beer!
Pouring in a can of Amstel as the chilli bubbled away on the cooker, Ruth captioned the clip: "How spooky @sam_balshaw… you're cooking my spag bol with coffee and I'm cooking your Chilli con Carne with lager!! AGAIN!"
